Hohl Industrial is seeking a talented Project Administrator for our Field Construction Department to join the team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Administrative support from Preconstruction Phase through Contract Closeout Phase
  • Participate in Kick Off meetings
  • Contribute to challenge resolution planning
  • Maintains Customer & Vendor Relationships. Research & resolve project issues in a timely manner.
  • Safety compliance reporting submissions
  • Process and distribute quoted and/or change orders
  • Process final payment applications
  • Facilitating the weekly Project Management Team meeting

 

Qualifications

This individual must possess excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) when dealing with situations that require problem solving and issue resolution for both internal and external customers. This individual must also take initiative and have the capability to multi-task when dealing with competing priorities. 2+ Years of experience of construction project administration

Performs well under strict deadlines and demonstrates an ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Associates Degree in Business and or related field
